Sometimes we are caught up in situations where we have to call in sick for work even though we aren't sick..and in some cases it is acceptable,but people tend to abuse that "liberty" refusing to acknowledge the fact that it could affect your job negatively if it happens frequently.....but what am actually saying is if your gonna do it, do it the right way.
Here are a couple things to do when calling in sick....
1)use an illness you can get over quickly and not have to act sick when u go back to work the next day.
Ex.food poisoning =this in my opinion is the best reason to give when calling in sick...it's fast and super easy to get over food poisoning.
Ex.apologise for the inconvenience..even though some supervisors may suspect that your telling a lie when u call in sick, this would make it more believable.
